If you prefer to have a professional take the photos,try Kishida photo studio, 2 minuits to walk from andersen.

If you want to go the extra mile for a very special souvenir , take the photo to the printing counter at top floor of Tokyu Hands and ask for the Dessharo Light treatment . This method antiques the picture by changing it into the typical brown-black of old photos.

The picture is then “”washed over”” with a huge brush to create the impression that the background might have been skeched.

Once again, this is not a cheap option but the result is a true keepsake.

Experience the tranquillity of nature at Mitaki Temple, the temple of three waterfalls. Check out the shrine and then stroll up the pathways to the waterfalls.

Take a break and rest in the gazebo half-way up to muse upon life.

Be sure to try a sip of the refreshing mountain water.

Walk down and have green tea at the teahouse over the pond.(This spot is highly recommended during Autumn.)

JR line to Mitaki Temple station,walk up the hill till a shrine, take the right fork and continue up the hill, past a cemetery , still up and up. By Car,Peace Boulevard over the Otagawa river , turn right directly after that.

Continue over the flyover, past the train tracks until the baby pink bridge.

Turn left at the restaurant with lanterns, up the hill, right at the shrine, up until the top.
